PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONALISME DOSEN TETAP UPS TEGAL

Keberhasilan program pendidikan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi profesionalisme personel pengajar. Tanpa personel yang cakap dan efektif, program pendidikan tidak dapat berhasil. Penelitian ini mencoba mendeskripsikan dan mengalisis perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pengembangan tenaga pengajar tetap UPS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh dosen UPS. Sampel Penelitian ditentukan dengan sampling purposif, dilanjutkan “Snow Ballâ€.
Disimpulkan bahwa UPS sudah memiliki dasar-dasar dan kebijakan perencanaan pengembangan tenaga pengajar tetap, tetapi belum dilaksanakan secara optimal, agar efektif perlu ditinjau secara periodic.
