Cakrawala: Jurnal Pendidikan https://cakrawala.upstegal.ac.id/index.php/cakrawala <p><strong>Cakrawala: Jurnal Pendidikan</strong>&nbsp;(P-ISSN:1858-4497, E-ISSN: 2549-9300) is a scholarly journal aimed to provide a platform for both established and early-career researchers. This journal accepts research-based papers from the fields of Teaching and Learning; Language and Literacy Education; and Applied Human Development in the Context of Schooling with submissions accepted throughout the year. It is published biannually,&nbsp;<strong>May and November</strong>, by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Pancasakti Tegal, Indonesia. Papers are all subject to peer review before being accepted for inclusion. Contributions for future editions are welcome. We are collaborating with <a href="http://www.ispi.or.id/">Indonesia Educanist Association.</a><br>Starting from Vol. 12 No. 1, Cakrawala has been accredited&nbsp;<strong>SINTA 3</strong> by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Ristekdikti) of The Republic of Indonesia based on Director Decree No. 23/E/KPT/2019 dated 08 Agustus 2019. The puirpose of the study is to analyze the influence of pedagogicalcompetence, professional competence and work motivation on improving theperformance of English teachers with the status of Civil Servants of State Junior HighSchools who have been certified educators throughout Tegal Regency partially andsimultaneously. Data analysis used descriptive linear regression analysis to test R squareand hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously with the t test and F test. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan model <em>quasi eksperimental design</em>. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester 1 Program Studi Tadris Bahasa Indonesia UINFAS Bengkulu Angkatan 2023-2024. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em><strong>. </strong>Sampel terdiri atas kelas IA sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas IB sebagai kelas eksperimen.&nbsp;Instrumen yang digunakan berupa uraian tes, yaitu <em>pretest</em> dan <em>posttest. </em>Analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat berupa uji normalitas model Kolmogrof-Sminov. Kemudian dilakukan uji homogenitas menggunakan data <em>pre-tes</em> pada masing masing kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen menggunakan ANOVA pada program SPSS. Setelah uji prasyarat, dilakukan uji hipotesis, yang terdiri dari uji <em>paired sample t-tes</em> kelompok kontrol, uji <em>paired sample t-tes</em> kelompok eksperimen, uji independen sample t-tes dan perhitungan N-gain. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa pada kelas ekperimen dan kelas kontrol memiliki distribusi normal, dengan nilai statistik Kolmogorov-Smirnova kelas eksperimen sebesar 0.159 dengan df 20 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.198, sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 0.155 dengan df 20 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.200*, maka H<sub>o</sub> dapat diterima karena nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari tingkat signifikansi yaitu 0,05. Hasil uji homogenitas dengan nilai Sum of Squares Esai Argumentatsi sebesar 1.225 dengan df 1 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.006 dengan F sebesar 1.225 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.940. Hasil uji paired sampel <em>T-test</em> pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan nilai t sebesar -12.714 dengan derajat kebebasan (df) sebesar 19 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p &lt; 0.05). Hasil uji paired sample <em>T-test</em> pada kelompok control menunjukkan nilai t sebesar -3.204 dengan derajat kebebasan (df) sebanyak 19. Uji independent <em>T-test </em>menunjukkan perbedaan rata-rata yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok (p &lt; 0.05) dalam kedua skenario, dengan p-values masing-masing adalah 0.000. Hasil uji N-Gain menunjukkan bahwa intervensi dengan model Problem Solving pada kelas eksperimen memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan prestasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deksriptik kualitatif yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang alamiah, dimana peneliti merupakan ekprimen kunci dengan analisis data bersifat induktif dan hasil penelitian lebih menekankan makna dari pada generalisasi yaitu proses penalaran yang bertolak dari individu menuju kumpulan umum. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua jenjan, untuk SMA sekolah yang dijadikan subjek yaitu SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak dan SMAIT Al Mumtaz kemudian untuk jenjang SMP sekolah yang yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah SMP Negeri 22 Pontianak dan SMP Al Fityan Kubu Raya. This research aims to develop an e-book for teachers that has the characteristics of being easy to operate and distribute to various media or platforms, contains many files with content, and is supported by video tutorials. The method used is the ADDIE R&amp;D model, with stages namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects in this study amounted to 30 teachers. The results of this study showed a good response to the e-book in the aspects of interest and benefits, with an average value of 4.18. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-experimen design dengan desain penelitian <em>One Group Pretest Posttest Design</em>. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPA 1 yang berjumlah 20 orang. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik <em>Purposive Sampling</em>. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes kemampuan menulis teks editorial pada siswa kelas XI SMA. Teknik analisis data pretest dan posttest. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistic inferensial. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan rata-rata nilai <em>pretest</em> ialah 69.35 sedangkan nilai <em>posttest </em>sebesar 87.80. Penelitian ini&nbsp; memperoleh nilai t&nbsp; hitung lebih &gt; t tabel dan berada dalam tingkat penerimaan Ha. (5.85 &gt; 2.048,) maka Ha diterima atau Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil uji Ngain score 0.6 dengan kategori sedang.
